We are looking for a reliable candidate to join one of our specialist teams, supporting one of our clients. Our client is based in South Auckland. This bright gentleman enjoys cricket and going to the gym whenever he gets the chance. He loves to garden and has a great sense of humour, so anyone with green fingers and an outgoing personality will thrive in this position.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be experienced, resilient, flexible, and able to use their initiative and have excellent listening skills to follow-through with instructions whilst carrying out daily support tasks such as intimate personal cares, shopping, housework and preparing meals.

The ideal candidate would have:
• Experience in Complex Care
• Experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury people
• Experience using a Hoist and doing transfers
• Full Clean NZ Driver’s License, and own reliable car
• Legally entitled to work in NZ
• Ability to maintain personal boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
• Reliable, Competent, Positive and Encouraging
• English is your first speaking language or Exceptional English Speaking
