An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fearless leader to be the conductor of their own orchestra! As the Service Lead for Rehab and Complex Care you will be leading the way for our Home and Complex Care division (currently a team of 8).

Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery of our home-based rehabilitation and complex care support services to our network of clients in their own home. With no two days the same you will ensure that the teams’ caseloads are evenly and adequately allocated and managed in-line with company policies & procedures as well as contractual obligations. Recruitment is managed to ensure adequate staffing levels across the division and rostering/scheduling reflects clients need and choice, ensuring associated training and orientations. Additionally, as Service Lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and monitoring and reviewing the quality of service provision. Supported by a team of Registered Health Professionals whom are all highly experienced in this field and highly skilled!

The ideal Candidate will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with current practising certificate;
• Have previous experience in the Disability, Rehabilitation or Healthcare sector;
• Have previous leadership experience;
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Has great organisational and time management skills;
• Uses initiative and innovation to problem solve
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a close-knit team
• Has proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage working with different IT systems
